My Renault cap was gone!
For the past 26 hours had been the darkest day in my entire life.
I was been robbed. My Renault cap was gone. *sob…sob…* My very nice Miss Selfridges jeans blazer was gone too. Not to mention a few not-so-important stuff, which were inside the car while it had been broke -in! The moral of the story was never put any kind of the-least-eye-catching stuff, or to be save, just anything inside your car while you are gone, under just any kind of circumstances. [take that from me, people!!!]
Yesterday, at 1800 hour, I happily headed towards my car from my apartment- on the way to Chili’s for my b’day celebration. When I reached at my car, I noticed the back window had smashed into pieces (while my heart was being broken into pieces too) *uggghh* It was a horrible sight for me on such day.
OK, plan changed.I got Helena came to pick me up (actually Aunt Varkkey did). I left the nasty scene to my beloved sister. I am blessed with this angel in my life- my sister dearest, she had been there for me at most of my terrible adventure in life- to help me clear up the mess I created.
Hmm… at least I had a great dinner with some great pals. Two surprises for me during the dinner: [1] I got new pink handbag that I actually wanted (thought that I would not get it any sooner before my wages is out!) [2] The servers at Chili’s actually sang me ‘Happy Birthday To you’ (Loud man!!)
I really hope that the wishes made before the cake with lilted candles works! Finger crossed.
Okay, this morning I went to the police, to have my police report done. I thought, it was going to be easy. I needed to run into two police stations to get it done. Anyway those people with those stars on their shoulder, was rather co-operative, maybe they thought I was pity and alone. Nevertheless, slow la the way they work!
And the saddest part had yet to come. I went to the workshop. I was really stupid not to asked about the price before I let them do their work. I thought I was a regular customer there, so, ‘they won’t cheat on me one la’ But it turned out, the bill was 360 rm!!! I thought it was to be like a hundred or less, OK?!
I am the stupidest girl in the whole wide world for what I had done! *sob-again*
First, it was the Renault cap. Then, the bill I had to bear.
My heart-ache. Really, really!
